1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and third-party authentication access. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Identity & Public Surfaces

LYNQQ allows you to store core identity data (name, avatar, role, bio, links, projects, and work history) once and publish it across multiple digital surfaces:

• Portfolio Surface: Visual professional home for showcasing projects and experience.
• Share Hub Surface: Intentional link-in-bio style page for social channels.
• Smart Link Destination: Permanent redirect URL that maps to any active surface or external link.

You maintain ownership of all original content, images, and text you upload. By publishing content, you grant LYNQQ a limited license to host, display, and process your content strictly for operating the services.

3. Subscription & Entitlement Rules

LYNQQ operates on a Freemium entitlement model:

• LYNQQ Free: Always available at Rp0. Includes 1 active surface, core templates, Smart Link redirect, and QR sharing.
• LYNQQ Pro: Paid subscription (Rp19.000/month or Rp179.000/year). Unlocks simultaneous Portfolio + Share Hub surfaces, premium templates, analytics, and custom Smart Link controls.
• Included Pro: Pro access bundled with Smart Card purchases or Founding 100 offers. Included Pro is non-cashable and non-transferable.

If your Pro subscription expires, your account returns to the Free tier. Your Smart Card and permanent Smart Link remain active using Free tier features; physical cards are never deactivated due to subscription expiry.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use LYNQQ for any unlawful or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, phishing, scamming, credential harvesting, or deceptive identity impersonation.
• Hosting or linking to malware, spyware, or illegal content.
• Using Smart Link redirects to misdirect visitors to harmful or illegal external destinations.
• Infringing third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits, or automated platform systems.

LYNQQ reserves the right to suspend accounts, unpublish surfaces, or disable Smart Links that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

LYNQQ retains all ownership rights over the platform, brand assets, UI design, code, system templates, graphics, and proprietary software. Purchasing a Smart Card or Pro subscription grants you a right of use during your active plan, but does not transfer software or template intellectual property to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LYNQQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party services, lost physical cards caused by user negligence, misdirected external URLs, or temporary service maintenance. Consumer rights mandated by Indonesian law remain fully preserved.
