Smart Card Product Principle
The LYNQQ Smart Card is a premium NFC + QR physical card connected to your permanent Smart Link identity. Changing your active digital surface (Portfolio, Share Hub, or custom destination) does not require reprinting your card. Your card remains active forever, regardless of whether your Pro subscription is active.
1. Smart Card Warranty & Coverage
All LYNQQ Smart Cards undergo quality control before dispatch. Below is our coverage breakdown:
Verified Production / Print Defects
Free replacement and reshipping covered by LYNQQ if misprints, data setup errors, or QR encoding errors occur due to production mistake.
NFC Chip Manufacturing Defect
Free replacement covered if the NFC chip fails to function upon arrival due to a verified manufacturing defect.
Shipping Damage
Free replacement if the physical card arrives damaged due to courier handling, subject to reasonable proof upon arrival.
Lost or Stolen Physical Card
Physical card loss is not covered by free warranty. Lost cards can be replaced at discounted existing-member replacement prices.
Physical Wear, Scratches & Liquid Misuse
Physical wear from normal use, bending, liquid exposure, or unauthorized card modification is not covered by free warranty.
User Data Change After Production Approval
If you update your title, company name, or details after approving card artwork, a discounted card reprint is required for physical text changes.
2. Artwork Approval & Revisions
Before production, LYNQQ requests your review and approval for print artwork details (spelling, title, company name, QR placement, colors, and layout).
- Curated Basic Templates: Includes full personalized name, role, and contact text placementQC tested before print.
- Signature Custom Artwork Scope: Includes 1 initial design concept + 1 minor revision (minor color tweaks, typography scaling, position adjustments). Major visual redirection after concept approval may incur additional design fees.
- Intellectual Property & References: If you supply design references (Pinterest, moodboard, brand guidelines), LYNQQ adapts visual direction legally without duplicating third-party copyrighted work.
3. Member Replacement & Reprint Pricing
If your card is lost, damaged by use, or if you change your printed details, existing members enjoy discounted replacement rates:

4. Lost Cards & Shipping Policy
Lost Card Reporting: If your card is lost or stolen, you can report it to support or manage it in your dashboard. LYNQQ can update or disable the card record. Your digital identity remains secure and intact.
Shipping Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery addresses and contact numbers. Reshipping costs due to incorrect recipient information provided by the user are borne by the user. If shipping errors occur due to LYNQQ, reshipping is free of charge.
