By quote, based on your team size and what the team needs: the cards, any company design setup, LYNQQ Pro for the period we agree on, and our setup work. There is no fixed seat price yet. Your quote lists every cost before you pay.
Physical NFC cards and Smart Links keep working. You can renew Pro for the team at a price we quote then. If you don't renew, each member's account moves to the Free plan, which keeps 1 published surface (Portfolio or Share Hub).
A team admin can free up a leaving member's seat from the team page in the LYNQQ dashboard, then add the new member to that seat. Profiles are not transferred: the person who leaves keeps their own LYNQQ account, and the new member creates theirs. If the new member needs a card with their own name, you can order a replacement card.
Teams start at 2 people. Send us your team's details (names, titles, contacts, company logo); we prepare card artwork proofs for your approval, produce the NFC cards, and help each member set up their LYNQQ account.
Yes. Each member has their own account to keep their profile, portfolio links, and contact details up to date. The team's consistent look comes from the shared card design and the visual direction we set up together.
