Does my Smart Card keep working if Pro ends?+

Yes. Your Smart Card and Smart Link remain active. You return to the Free tier entitlement: cards are never deactivated because a subscription ends.

What is the difference between Basic and Signature?+

Basic uses curated templates from LYNQQ. Signature uses custom artwork: bring your own design or let our designer adapt your reference.

How long does Smart Card fulfillment take?+

Once artwork is approved and payment confirmed, production and shipping estimates will be communicated directly. Quality is our priority.

Can I have more than one Smart Card?+

Yes. Additional Smart Cards can be ordered separately. Every card connects to the same Smart Link identity.

Is there a manufacturing guarantee?+

Yes. If there is a manufacturing defect (misprint or NFC chip defect), LYNQQ provides a free replacement.
