1. Data We Collect

We process data necessary to provide and operate the LYNQQ platform:

• Account Data: Name, email address, user ID, login provider credentials (e.g. Google OAuth), and profile settings.
• Professional Identity Data: Avatar images, role, company name, bio, social links, project media, experience history, and contact links published on your surfaces.
• Smart Card Order Data: Recipient name, physical delivery address, phone number, card artwork files, and shipping tracking information.
• Payment Metadata: Transaction IDs, payment status, settlement timestamps, and payment method metadata received from our payment gateway providers. Sensitive credit card credentials are processed directly by licensed payment providers and are never stored on LYNQQ servers.
• Analytics & Usage Data: Aggregate surface views, link clicks, QR scans, NFC taps, approximate browser/device types, referrer headers, and security logs.

2. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Providing and maintaining your published Portfolio, Share Hub, and Smart Link redirect services.
• Fulfilling, quality testing, printing, and delivering physical Smart Card orders.
• Managing account authentication, subscriptions, billing, and referral bonuses.
• Preventing fraud, phishing, impersonation, or platform abuse.
• Providing aggregated engagement analytics without invasive user tracking.

3. Public Profiles & Visibility

Information you choose to publish on your Portfolio, Share Hub, or Smart Link destination is publicly accessible on the web. Please do not publish sensitive personal data (such as private ID numbers or home financial details) that you do not intend to share publicly.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure & Data Processors

To deliver our services reliably, LYNQQ utilizes secure third-party infrastructure providers:

• Database & Auth: Supabase (PostgreSQL dengan Row Level Security).
• CDN & Storage: Cloudflare & Cloudflare R2 object storage.
• Payment Gateway: Licensed payment providers (e.g., Mayar / Lynk.id).
• Logistics & Courier: Expedited courier services for physical card delivery.

5. Privacy-Aware Analytics

LYNQQ analytics measure aggregate interactions (page views, link clicks, QR scans, and NFC taps). We do not collect precise GPS location data without explicit consent. Security logs are retained only as necessary for security audit and abuse prevention.

6. Your Data Rights & Deletion

Under Indonesian PDP Law, you have the right to access, update, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. Account deletion requests can be initiated in your dashboard or by emailing privacy@lynqq.id. Deleting your account will deactivate your digital surfaces, Smart Links, and connected Smart Cards.

7. Data Security Controls

We implement industry-standard security controls including encrypted HTTPS data transit, database Row Level Security (RLS) policies, authenticated access checks, and signed asset upload URLs.
